Welcome to another addition of ATX Gluten-Free News. Lately I have spent most of my time in the kitchen, but with Austin Restaurant Week approaching, I hope to get out and try some delicious new restaurants. Local Yolk: Local Yolk is a new food trailer located on 6th street. They are serving up egg salad sandwiches, made with local ingredients. They offer gluten-free bread.

La Sombra: There has been lots of buzz surrounding this hip restaurant, for good reason. La Sombra dishes up some of the best flavored food in town, and many of their menu items are naturally gluten-free or may be modified. [Read more...]
