I hope everyone is having a fabulous week so far. The weather has been beautiful here in Austin. Better enjoy it before it gets too hot I am currently under the weather; which is why I haven’t gotten around to putting together the ATX Gluten-Free News post for this week. Next week, there will be an even longer post with some exciting news thrown in the mix. I called Wild Wood this afternoon to see if they had any yummy soups to help soothe my sore throat; they did not but here are some of their delicious specials for today, April 29th.
