Welcome the first trailer food festival in Austin, the Gypsy Picnic. I was thrilled when I found out that this event would be taking place. My first thought was, what am I going to eat?  There are many trailers around town that are starting to recognize the need for gluten-free friendly food choices. Luckily, some of those trailers will be at Gypsy Picnic.
