did you know all boars head products are gluten free
Yes, I did. I buy Boar’s head products all the time! I love their variety.
just wanted to say found your blog…and wanted to leave mine. thought you might enjoy.
have a great day!
Thank you Amy! I have been a fan of your blog for some time now. You aren’t that far away either- Dallas!
Jessica,
After a convoluted trip via GPS and husband having a GPS-averse day I arrived at the ‘Keep Austin Gluten Free’ event somewhat disoriented. I found Flavia but was looking for you wearing a ‘blogger hat’ rather than your very attractive ‘personal chef hat’. Now that I am back at home in Georgetown I remember passing by and thinking how cool you looked and not connecting the dots! I am so sorry that I missed out on chatting with you. If you get a chance please tell Sherrie that it was you I was searching for and that you are the one who was out there helping to promote the event.
Hi Gretchen- I actually was not at the Keep Austin Gluten Free event. I’ve been out of town all weekend. I hope it was a good time!
are you familiar with the Got Guts 5K and Food Fair this weekend (Sept 12) at Walter E Long Park. http://www.gotguts5k.org/index.html
Also — the Alamo Celiac group has a wonderful guide to gluten free restaurants (including Austin area).
Hi Curah! Yes, I am familiar with the Got Guts 5k. I have written about it a couple times on my blog and Twitter. Will you be attending? Thanks for the tip on Alamo Celiac. They are such a great organization!
Helpful links, thanks!!

I love your recipes. Many people who eat gluten free like to make their own flour. We sell
flour mills, Nutrimill, Wondermill etc. Would you be interested in trying out a grain mill?
