Thundercloud Subs (Lake Austin location only) is now serving gluten-free subs. The hoagies are from a local baking company called Smart Flour Blends (Gluten-Free Kneads). - Staff has been trained on cross contamination.
- There is a separate cutting board and knife for gluten-free sandwiches.
- The only condiment that is marked gluten-free, with separate knife, is mayo. That means no avocado spread for now.
