Including Dr. Peter Green, the author of Celiac Disease: A Hidden Epidemic and Director of the Celiac Disease Center at Columbia University. The movie also covers the development of gluten-free support groups. Whether you have been diagnosed 20 years with Celiac Disease or are newly diagnosed, you will find this DVD helpful.
