Virginia Morgan is the Executive Chef of Borboleta cafe, a gluten-free, raw, vegan establishment located on West Sixth Street. This Sunday, December 6th from 1:30-5:30 p.m. Chef Morgan will be teaching an “Uncooking Class” where she will share her favorite gluten-free, raw holiday recipes. This class is $135 per person and will include all recipes and food samples, as well as her tips and tricks for creating a wonderful gluten-free meal.
